Physical Function & Disability
This Measurement Domain covers instruments that assess a person’s physical functioning, mobility, or broader disability, rather than symptoms or quality of life directly. It includes condition-specific physical function scores for joint and limb conditions, global disability scales used after stroke, and generic disability assessments applicable across many health conditions. These instruments are used across orthopaedics, neurology, and rehabilitation to track functional status and outcomes, and are available for digital administration through the PROMinsight platform.
