Once you purchase a test, you’ll receive a unique link generated for your client/patient via email. THis is a single use link that will allow digital access to the questionnaire.
The link can be opened and the questionnaire accessed on any internet enabled device, including a smartphone or tablet.
At the end of the test, 4 scores are automatically calculated:
- 1 overall vision-related quality of life score
- 3 subscale scores
Higher scores indicate better outcomes. You can screenshot and save the results instantly.
