Disease Activity & Severity
This Measurement Domain covers instruments used to grade how active or severe a condition currently is, rather than its broader impact on quality of life. It includes clinician-administered disability scales and patient-reported disease steps used in neurological and rheumatic conditions. These measures are used to track disease progression and treatment response over time, and are available for digital administration through the PROMinsight platform.
