Due to the digital nature of PROMinsight products, all purchases of IVI, B-IVI and IVI-C questionnaire administrations are final and non-refundable once access has been provided or the questionnaire link has been generated.

If you experience any technical issues accessing or using your purchased questionnaire, please contact us at enquiry@prominsight.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In cases of duplicate purchases, accidental orders, or billing errors, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at PROMinsight’s sole discretion.
PROMinsight reserves the right to refuse refund requests where questionnaire access has already been provided or where the purchased administrations have been used.
